Wellness from Wholeness

Dr Chidi Ngwaba

I remember my first day at medical school. We were all given a few minutes to talk with the dean. The most memorable question he asked me was, "Why do you want to be a doctor, Chidi?" I replied, with all the enthusiasm of a first-year medic, "I want to cure people." He looked over his glasses at me and said, "Chidi, we do not cure people; we treat people." I remember feeling a little low after that interview. I even questioned whether medicine was right for me.

Thankfully, over the years, I discovered that we can, indeed, cure people and even prevent them from getting sick in the first place. I have had the privilege of helping thousands of people to prevent or reverse their chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, cancer and many more. Being able to educate audiences around the world has also allowed me to study some of the best practices for helping people get back to health in a dedicated retreat.

For years, I have wanted to bring people together under one roof to empower them to really take permanent control of their health. Not for a short period, but for life. That is why I am so excited to introduce to you: 'The Wholeness Retreat'.

This will be a unique, luxurious, and rejuvenating experience. Set in the beautiful surrounds of an exclusive Hertfordshire Spa Hotel, which is partnering with us, we will take you on a comprehensive journey to Wholeness. This means becoming physically well through the food and movement habits acquired, emotionally well by challenging and changing how we think and connect with each other, and spiritually well by rediscovering the Lord's purpose for our mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're looking to rediscover your health or simply enjoy a healthy, luxurious retreat, 'The Wholeness Retreat' is designed to meet your needs. Join us to experience the benefits of this unique journey to Wholeness.

It will be on 11-14 November 2024.
