It is with deep regret we inform you that Pr Gabriel Perea and his family are returning to the United States for the unforeseeable future due to complications with their visa renewal. Pr Gabriel, along with his wife Jessica, have faithfully served the three churches within the Forth Valley district - Edinburgh, Dunfermline, and Musselburgh - for the past four years. Pr Gabriel was also the departmental leader for Public Campus Ministries (PCM) and Jessica has been heavily involved with Women's Ministries and Pathfinders.
Their contagious enthusiasm and passion for God’s work has had a great impact on many of our members and their unexpected departure is a great loss to the Scottish Mission.
We would like to invite you to lift Pr Gabriel, his wife Jessica, and their four children, Eyrelynn, Eoin, Serén, and Madailein, up in prayer as they navigate these difficult times. We would also like to ask you to pray for Jessica’s mum who is unwell.
In circumstances beyond our control we look to God, our loving heavenly Father, for Him to lead and guide us and believe He is near to those who put their trust in Him.
