As part of ADRA-UK’s ongoing work with around COVID-19 in the UK, there have been a growing number of community hubs working in partnership with them. Currently, there are 72 community hubs throughout the United Kingdom who are working or just about to start working in their localities to help the most vulnerable people.
Over the past weeks ADRA-UK, through its I AM Urban initiative, has partnered with several organisations to assist them to deliver their work and one such organisation is The Kindness Offensive who have helped them to secure a large shipment of toiletries to be distributed in the community hubs and to other community partners.
"We are really excited about our most recent working partnership," said Bert Smit, CEO of ADRA-UK. "The delivery of much needed toiletries will assist the WASH* aspect of our response to COVID-19 and will provide the community hubs and groups with needed supplies to help the neediest people in the UK."
