We have reviews the finances of camp and have sought to keep the cost to you to a minimum, while being keenly aware of the overheads of running a camp like this. Therefore the committee voted the following fee structure:

Per Adult (18-65) - €50.00
Per Adult (65+)- €35.00
Per Child (0-3) - Free
Per Child (4-17) - €20.00
Per Asylum Adult - €35.00
Per Asylum Child - €10.00

Three vegetarian meals per day are included. For those who are day visitors and would like to avail themselves of this provision, the cost per meal is €2.50. If you have any allergies, special dietary needs, please indicate this in the area provided on the website when you register.

As this is ‘Camp’ Meeting, the main form of accommodation will be tents. For your
own comfort we strongly encourage those of you who plan to stay for the weekend to
bring along your own tents. We can ensure you get help to erect it if needs be.
The mission also has tents that you can avail yourself of at the added cost of €5.00 per tent. These are two sleeper tents and are limited in space and height. This may be somewhat of a challenge for some who need sufficient room to move around, sit or stand.

Also on site we have six cabins containing two bunk beds (sleeping 4 per cabin). As these are at an absolute premium, we are asking that individual churches determine those who really need the facility and to contact Marci Neal who will reserve the cabin for you. Her email address is:

The cost for the use of the Cabins is an additional €20.00 per cabin per night. We will hold this offer to each church for a month from the start of on-line registration. Thereafter, it will be open to anyone on a first come first served basis.

We are glad to announce that our Stanborough Press will be at our Camp Meeting and will have books, bibles and food available for sale. You can also pre-order items by calling the Adventist Book Centre hotline number +44 1476 591700, pay for your items and they will be brought to the camp meeting for you to pick up.
